Art’s Way Manufacturing Co., a diversified, international manufacturer and distributor of equipment serving agricultural, research and steel cutting needs, has announced its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2023.

Revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 2023 were $166.2 million, a decrease of $33.9 million, or 17%, compared to revenues of $200.1 million in the prior year second quarter. Almost all of the decrease came from the irrigation segment as infrastructure revenues were down slightly.

Buhler Industries' revenue for the year was $178.8 million, down $57.6 million from sales of $236.4 million in 2021.

Titan Machinery today released its fiscal year 2023 earnings, reporting $2.2 billion in revenue for the year, a 29% year-over-year increase.

This was AGI's third consecutive year of record sales and adjusted EBITDA results with growth largely attributable to organic growth efforts and initiatives.

In it's 10-K formed filed on Feb. 27, Titan International acknowledged its limited customer base as one of the company's risk factors, including that sales to John Deere made up 15% of its 2022 sales.

Lemken increased its sales by 25% to an estimated €559 million ($592 million) in 2022.
