According to a Nov. 3 report from CBC, Buhler Versatile has been sued by PFG Australia, an Australian distributor of ag equipment including the Versatile tractor line.
On Aug. 29, 2022, Cummins Inc. and Buhler Industries, which manufactures the Versatile tractor line, announced plans to integrate the Cummins 15-liter hydrogen engine into Versatile equipment.

Buhler Industries, which manufactures the Versatile and Farm King brands of equipment, reported 2021 fourth quarter revenue of $46 million, down 8.5% from $51 million in the fourth quarter of 2020.
In 2021 the Versatile factory in Winnipeg, which has been building tractors for 55 years, will begin the manufacture and assembly of the company's line of tillage, including tandem and offset discs, vertical tillage and high speed compact discs.
Buhler Industries, the manufacturer of the Versatile and Farm King brands of ag equipment, reported its third quarter revenues were up more than 19% to nearly C$77 million.
Revenue for the quarter was C$76.6 million, up C$12.5 million from the prior year third quarter. Revenue for the first nine months of 2020 was C$185.7 million, up C$6.1 million from 2019.
