Titan Machinery (NASDAQ:TITN) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Curly Olney's, which consists of two Case IH dealerships located in McCook and Imperial, Nebraska. The acquisition is expected to close on or around July 2, 2012.

Titan Machinery introduced a new concept to the used equipment market in 2006 with its Titan Outlet Store. The outlet handles 900-1,000 units of used equipment each year with at-cost pricing and no-trade ins philosophy. Its goal: Assist Titan's ag retail stores to manage used equipment inventory while holding the company's equity together.
Titan Machinery, Case IH’s largest dealer of farm machinery, reported on June 9 that overall revenue soared in its fiscal first quarter of 2011, but net income edged lower on higher costs and interest expenses.
