Sydenstricker Implement Co., a family owned and operated, full service John Deere dealer based in Mexico, Mo., is acquiring the assets and operations of J.F. Roling & Sons Inc. in Salisbury, Mo.
The Salisbury location will be a full John Deere parts, attachments, service and sales location for large agriculture, compact tractors, turf & utility and commercial work site products. The Roling team of employees will be retained and continue working at the Salisbury location.

We are committed to continue with the great service customers have grown accustomed to from the Roling family through the years.”
Sydenstricker’s also announced that Kelly Monnig, who has been with JF Roling & Sons since 2000, has been appointed manager of the Salisbury location. Monnig, from a third generation Glasgow, Mo. agriculture family, will ensure a smooth transition of operations for employees and customers.
The Salisbury location will be closed on Saturday, June 30 for system integration. The first day of combined business is scheduled for Monday, July 2nd. Customers are encouraged to visit nearby Sydenstricker locations in Macon, Rocheport, or Chillicothe on June 30th for any immediate needs. J.F. Roling & Sons began business as a blacksmith shop in 1892. The Salisbury Chamber of Commerce recently recognized J.F. Roling & Sons as a family owned business in operation for over 125 years.
