CNH Industrial has executed a new 5 year agreement with Accenture, an IT global professional services company, to streamline the application management services (AMS) provided to its SAP landscape. The new agreement introduces artificial intelligence, enhanced automation, cognitive tools and user support capabilities, some of which will be delivered via Accenture myWizard, within CNH Industrial’s Information & Communication Technology (ICT) operations with the aim to deliver increased service levels and generate efficiencies in the enterprise services offered over the next 5 years.
SAP AMS is an integral part of the company’s day-to-day operations with over 50,000 users, including dealers. The support provided by Accenture ensures smoother service across departments, which include revenue cycle, logistics, manufacturing, purchasing, warranty, finance and human resources.
This agreement follows earlier announcements this year related to changes of CNH Industrial’s ICT capabilities. These latest ICT partnerships are aimed to deliver efficiencies within the ICT organization over the next 5 years. This will free up resources toward refocusing on major initiatives in the digital offering of the company’s end-market solutions, primarily connected vehicles, market service solutions and advanced precision farming.
