SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. — John Deere dealership group 21st Century Equipment has hired Keith Kreps as chief operating officer (COO).
Kreps brings 20 plus years of experience in agriculture dealerships across the U.S. and spent the past 16 years as executive vice president in the U.S. for RDO Equipment Co. and its John Deere Agriculture and Irrigation Divisions. Owen Palm, chief executive officer for 21st Century says, “We’re very excited to have Keith on board. His depth of experience, knowledge and management capabilities will complement our growing team of seasoned executives.”
Kreps will split the leadership duties at 21st Century Equipment with Palm. Palm will head up finance, marketing and administration while Kreps will head up Operations. Kreps says, “I am eager to join the 21st Century Equipment team. They have a very strong culture and commitment to their employees and customers. I look forward to being part of their future.”
Kreps and his wife Erin will be relocating to Scottsbluff, Neb., from their current home in Fargo, N.D.
21st Century Equipment is a 16-location John Deere dealership in Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming.
