A recent report from Farming Ahead reported CNH Industrial had acquired the 16.3 acre manufacturing site of Australian airseeder and tillage implement manufacturer Horwood Bagshaw. This acquisition of the manufacturing site follows CNH Industrial's integration of Horwood Bagshaw into its portfolio in June 2018. 

"CNHI has custodianship of a number of brands with strong histories, including Case IH and New Holland and of course Flexi-Coil. We recognize the value of an established and well-regarded brand like Horwood Bagshaw, arguably Australia's oldest agricultural machinery manufacturer," said Managing Director of Agriculture for Australia and New Zealand, Brandon Stannett.

The report stated that, "The decision to acquire the Mannum, South Australia site was made at the end of a leaseback period which was part of the original sales agreement with Horwood Bagshaw."
