Titan Machinery (NASDAQ:TITN) announced today that it has closed on the previously announced acquisition of Haberers Implement, consisting of one Case IH brand agriculture equipment dealership located in Bowdle, S.D.
Haberers Implement’s location in north central South Dakota provides excellent access to the expansive geography west of the Missouri River and is strategically located to benefit from the diversified crop, livestock, and ranching market in the area. The dealership complements Titan Machinery’s existing dealerships in Aberdeen, Wishek, Redfield, and Highmore. In its most recently reported fiscal year, Haberers Implement generated revenue of $5 million.
