Siloking Mayer Maschinenbau manufactures tractor-trailed and diesel powered self-propelled tub-type mixer-feeders in sizes up to 32 cubic meters (1,130 cubic feet) for herd sizes of 1,000 cows and more.
But the company’s new eTruck mixer wagons, powered by batteries and electric motors, are proving a hit with smaller producers concerned with running costs and in-barn pollution.
