IRON Solutions announces today the board appointment of John Schmeiser and Terry Mosier, both respected leaders in the North American equipment industry. Schmeiser serves as the Executive Vice President and CEO of the Canada West Equipment Dealers Association and is a returning IRON Solutions board member. Terry Mosier, a thirty-five year veteran of John Deere Sales and Marketing, is new to the IRON board. Both executives bring a wealth of experience and perspective to the IRON board of directors, reinforcing the company’s industry leadership and growth in North America.
John Schmeiser currently leads the largest equipment dealer association in Canada, and is responsible for the overall management and operations of the association’s activities. Canada West represents the farm, industrial and outdoor power equipment dealers in Canada’s four western provinces, serving over 400 members. In addition, Schmeiser serves as the Vice President of Canadian Governmental Affairs for the North American Equipment Dealers Association where he leads all federal lobbying activities in Canada. John is also the chair of the human resource and governance committee for the Saskatchewan Opportunities Corporation, overseeing research and technology initiatives in the province and is a past director and chair of the board of IRON Solutions.

Terry Mosier, retired John Deere North America sales marketing executive, joins the IRON board after thirty-five years of esteemed service to John Deere. Throughout his career, Terry made significant contributions, including the redesign of the North American Training Organization and the development of the Agricultural Division’s approach to Strategic Marketing. In addition, Terry led the development and implementation of Customer Segmentation and the integration of fact-based customer requirements from the US and Canadian markets into the Division’s product and non-product plans.
