Janesville, Wis. – Johnson Tractor, a  provider of agricultural and construction equipment, announced the acquisition of St. Joseph Equipment's locations in La Crosse and Richland Center, Wis. This strategic expansion enhances Johnson Tractor's ability to serve the farming and construction communities with innovative solutions and access to a larger network of knowledge and expertise.

This acquisition follows Johnson Tractor's recent expansion in the Eau Claire area, further solidifying the company's commitment to growth and excellence in the region.

The acquisition will be finalized on December 1, 2024. With this acquisition, Johnson Tractor will have 11 locations in Wisconsin and Illinois.
