Isanti County Equipment, along with 4 other John Deere dealerships that merged in 2008, has changed its name to Minnesota Equipment, the Isanti County News reports. The other dealerships that are part of the name change include Sharber & Sons, with stores in Rogers and Long Lake, Minn., Suburban Lawn Center in Ham Lake, Minn. and Weekend Freedom in Savage, Minn.
According to the report, the ownership group wanted the stores to more clearly identify with one another, acting on a unified front. “We anticipate an increased level of customer satisfaction as our team members work even more closely together sharing successful ideas and practices. Our mission is to provide the highest quality products and equipment solutions to meet the needs of our entire customer base. We will employ a high level of support that not only meets our customers’ expectations, but exceeds them,” Mike Scharber, president and part owner of Minnesota Equipment, told the paper.
