TWIN FALLS, Idaho — Intermountain New Holland announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Twin Falls Tractor & Implement Co. along with its sister store in Jerome, Idaho, under the name of Northside Implement. The two stores will operate under the name of Intermountain New Holland. The transition is expected to finalize Jan. 1, 2017. The New Holland dealership will now operate a total of 3 stores.
“We are thrilled to add the Twin Falls Tractor & Northside Implement stores to our current location situated in Heyburn. These 2 stores represent a long heritage in the community beginning in 1948 and wonderful reputation in the Magic Valley. We are honored to have the opportunity to carry on that tradition,” says Jarrod Hunt, president and owner of Intermountain New Holland. “Ensuring our customer’s needs are met is our highest priority. This transaction will help further accomplish that.
“With the continued growth of the dairy and small grains industry in the Magic Valley coupled with the ideal lineup of quality New Holland ag equipment that is perfectly matched for that need, we felt this was the right time to expand. We are thankful for the support of the New Holland brand and their confidence in us to represent them in such an important market.”
Intermountain New Holland plans to retain all the employees of Twin Falls Tractor and Northside Implement and continue to operate out of the existing facilities.
