In it's 10-K formed filed on Feb. 27, Titan International acknowledged its limited customer base as one of the company's risk factors, including that sales to John Deere made up 15% of its 2022 sales.
"Our fourth quarter was a continuation of our strong performance throughout the year and adds up to an excellent 2021 as we increased sales by an astounding $521 million," commented Paul Reitz, president and chief executive officer.
Titan International reported its 2021 second quarter net sales were $438.6 million, a $152.5 million (53.3%) year-over-year increase, the highest quarterly sales since 2014.
