A July 21 report from the Ottumwa Courier said John Deere will move production of mower conditioners from its plant in Ottumwa, Iowa, to its factory in Monterrey, Mexico, by the end of 2023.
In a statement to Ag Equipment Intelligence, John Deere stated it will "consolidate the manufacturing of cabs from the Tractor and Cab Assembly Operations (TCAO) to Ramos Component Works in Mexico."
