C&B Operations LLC, a John Deere dealership headquartered out of Gettysburg, S.D., is expanding its business base by combining with 8 John Deere stores serving southern South Dakota and northern Iowa from Noteboom Implement LLC. The change is effective immediately.
The merger brings 8 Deere locations in Northwest Iowa and Southeast South Dakota under the same banner. The combined business will operate as Noteboom Implement.
Less than a month after Spencer's Case IH dealership was sold, the community's only other implement dealer, Northwest Equipment, has been sold to a South Dakota family.
