Hoober, a farm equipment dealer with locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia, has reached an agreement to acquire certain assets of H.B. Duvall located in Frederick, Md. Completion of the acquisition is scheduled for August 26, 2013.
According to published reports, Hoober, a Case IH and Kubota dealer in Pennsylvania and Delaware, has acquired Chambersburg Farm Service in Chambersburg, Pa.
