Cervus Equipment reported on March 12 that it finished 2014 with a 7% increase in revenues from the sale of farm machinery. Cervus, with 35 dealerships throughout western Canada, Australia and New Zealand, is one of John Deere’s largest dealer groups.
Cervus Equipment Corp. said its revenues rose by $26.8 million, or 11.5%, during the dealer group’s third quarter, ended September 30. Overall revenue for the period was $260.8 million vs. the same timeframe in 2012.
Farm equipment sales in western Canada remained robust through the second-quarter as one of John Deere’s largest retailers of ag machinery in the region, Cervus Equipment Corp., posted record revenues for the period.
For the period ended March 31, Cervus Equipment Corp. (CVL), the publicly held John Deere dealership based in Calgary, reported its first-quarter revenue increased by 35.7% to $148.9 million from $109.8 million vs. the same period of 2012.
