North American large ag equipment sales continued to improve in March, up 3%, after turning positive with 10% year-over-year growth in February, according to Mircea (Mig) Dobre, analyst with RW Baird.
While North American retail sales of ag equipment were weak overall in October, 4WD sales were strong in both the U.S. and Canada, according to the latest numbers released by the Assn. of Equipment Manufacturers.
North American large ag equipment retail sales increased in November, with 4WD tractor sales up 1.9% year-over-year, combine sales up 25.8% and row-crop tractor sales increasing 7.2%, according to the Assn. of Equipment Manufacturers.
