Efforts to keep in business what was once Poland’s largest tractor manufacturer have foundered as a result of Covid-related disruption and other factors that led a Warsaw-based regional commercial court to declare the business bankrupt and appoint a receiver.
An ambitious project to create a new European range of tractors built in Italy appears to have hit troubled waters with the news that a bankruptcy accommodation with creditors for the production element of the business has been requested by the Arbos Group’s local commercial court.

The most recent bankruptcy petition released earlier this week shows the selling price for Blu-Jet came in at $7,560,000. The purchase is expected to close by Aug. 2, 2019, and no later than Aug. 21, 2019.
