Using a variety of sources, Ag Equipment Intelligence editors and contributors compiled a list of 2019 tractor sales from 10 countries. A comparison of the 10 shows sales were up in 5 of the countries and sales were down in 5 of the countries. The country that showed the biggest jump on a percentage basis was France, where sales increased by 25%. Of the “Big” 5 on the list — United States, Brazil, Germany, France and Russia — only Brazil, down 15% in 2019, showed a year-over-year falloff in unit sales for the year vs. 2018.
