Raven Industries to Acquire Majority Share in Dot Technology

Dot Technology Corp (DOTTM) today announced that it has entered into an agreement wherein Raven Industries (NASDAQ:RAVN) — a manufacturer of agriculture technology with a focus on autonomous farming — will acquire majority ownership of Dot. Funds will be used to support the continued commercialization and evolution of the Dot Power Platform and Dot Ready Implements.

Cazenovia Equipment Company is expanding its reach into northern New York with the acquisition of LeBerge & Curtis of Canton, N.Y. This additional location in Canton will be Cazenovia Equipment’s 10th location, which will now encompass much of the southern tier, as well as central and northern New York.

Sydenstricker-Nobbe Partners to Combine Operation of 26 John Deere Stores

Two family-owned, full-service John Deere dealer groups headquartered in Mexico, Mo., and Waterloo, Ill., announced plans to merge their businesses today. Sydenstricker Implement Co. and Wm. Nobbe & Co. have partnered to form Sydenstricker-Nobbe Partners and anticipate officially beginning joint operation of 26 Missouri and Illinois dealerships in January 2020.

Stoller International Breaks Ground on New Facility

Stoller International held a ground-breaking ceremony Sept. 20 celebrating the beginning of construction for a new facility on the north edge of this Kankakee County community. The 31,500-square-foot facility will feature a showroom, offices, repair shop and parts department, as well as an onsite storage shed. Construction is slated to be completed in the spring of 2020.
