According to a report from the Economic Times, Mahindra and its subsidiary Erkunt Traktor Sanayi A.S. (Erkunt) have agreed to acquire another subsidiary of Mahindra, Hisarlar Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim ?irketi (Hisarlar).
